Jami Masjid Chatham will be holding classes for Muslims that would like to learn the basics of Islam. Classes will be every Tuesday and Friday 45 minutes before isha. Isha is currently at 7:30pm so class will start 6:45 inshaAllah. Classes start Feb. 14th.

Every Saturday & Sunday after Fajr prayers. Open to all

🕌🔊Jami Masjid Chatham is pleased to announce the appointment of Bakhtiyar Ahmed as Imam! Imam Bakhtiyar is a young alim who has completed a 6 year program in higher Islamic education. InshaAllah he will be leading all Fajr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers as well as delivering the Jumua khutbahs. Let's all take advantage of such a great blessing and come together with our children and youth to the masjid to benefit from our Imam. صَلَاةُ الجَمَاعَةِ أَفضَلُ مِن صَلاَةِ الفَذِّ بِسَبعٍ وَعِشرِينَ دَرَجَة "Salah (prayer) in congregation is twenty-seven times more rewarding than a Salah performed individually."
